The Ford Theatres / What We Build

What we build? It means something. 

In 2017, the newly renovated Ford Theatres found itself reopening to an uncertain political climate. Unlike much of its competition, the Ford is publicly owned by the people of Los Angeles County and relies heavily on donations including the National Endowment for the Arts, which the Trump administration had vowed to eliminate. It would be easy to get angry, divide along political lines, or simply shrug and give up. 

But this is LA. We don't build walls. We build stages.
